User Inspired Instagram Events πŸŽ€πŸ“š

October 20, 2017

It’s been a couple of weeks since our last user inspired post so we wanted to come back with another one with two countdowns from Instagram. This user inspired is a mix of music and holiday events.

If you are not familiar with our user inspired posts then here is a little catch up on what happens in these posts. We pick 2 amazing countdowns from Twitter or Instagram and give you a little more info on the countdown itself. If it is a countdown to say, Ed Sheeran, we give you some news on him and if there are still some tickets left or if it’s a holiday some great tips on where to go and what to see and when to go.

First up is @lonelylintu who is off to see Dua Lipa on the 30th October. Dua Lipa has been getting hugely successful as of the past several years. We are obsessed with her New Rules song she released this year, the music video has been seen over 3 million times on YouTube. It is also her first song to hit the number one spot in the UK. She is heading off to The Self Titled Tour across the UK and Europe in 2017 and 2018. If you are recently discovering her music then she might be a great act to watch live, there are tickets still available for her shows. She really is killing it right now with her New Rules song, every day she gets millions of more views on the music video and it’s going platinum in some countries. We haven’t thought about seeing her live but it sounds like a great experience. She performed so well on The Jonathan Ross Show a couple of weeks ago, a dance routine to match the music video.

Lastly we have @hoplesscosplays who is attending MCM London Comic Con on the 28th October. If you love everything from Star Wars to Iron Man this is the place for you. They have a huge list of guests who attend the show all weekend. You can get photo sessions or just an autograph with them, bear in mind it does cost money for both, so check here for the full price list. Not only is great for guests but it is a rather good place to find official merchandise from your favourite comic books, TV shows or movies. Also, this a brilliant place to discover new comic artists and more unknown comic series. Cosplaying is a huge part of the event and can be fun to dress up as your favourite character. Of course, it is not mandatory to dress up for this event but can be fun to plan your outfit. We are getting closer to the big day so there are limited tickets available. Friday might be your best choice in terms of Priority Entry and General Entry. Saturday for both entries is limited but Sunday for Priority Entry is limited and or General Entry is fine. Best to check online before booking since these might change by the time this blog gets released.

If you want to take part in our user inspired posts all you must do is either tag us in your countdowns, or use #countdown or #countdownplus on your posts.
