So here in the UK the weather is not just the same as it was last week. It’s basically miserable and raining here, so what better than to have a blog post to give you some inspiration on 5 things to do on a rainy day.

Baking something with friends could be a really good boredom buster, Pinterest is filled with fun recipes so if you fancy making some cupcakes or just want something savoury like a pizza then you will be spoilt for choice. You can have a competition on the best presentation of your creations.

Times like these are great to bring your friends together round your place and have a movie marathon. Maybe select a theme for the night, like stick with rom com or go for a sci-fi night. Grab all the snacks and get cosy in the living room, or eat the things you created. You could even start watching a new TV series with your friends.

If you get bored of watching movies then it’s a perfect time to get some board games out. Bigger the group of friends the better really. Endless hours of fun to be had with board games. You could split into teams and have a competition to see who wins, you could have a forfeit for the team that loses.

If you feel like pampering yourself then why not get a good face mask and relax on the sofa with a cup of tea. Could grab some nail varnish and do a manicure for your friends or if you fancy a night alone then do them yourself.
