Random Days of the year worth noticing

There are many random days that are celebrated and more so on social media. So far we have had National Popcorn Day this year and there are many more to celebrate. We have put a list together of our favourite ones.

World Nutella Day 2^nd February

Nutella is just a perfect treat, whether you put it on toast or make Nutella croissants with it, it is simply delightful to have. Nutella Day was created by Italo-American blogger Sara Rosso on February 5^th 2007. She teamed up with another blogger friend to start World Nutella Day, a celebration of all things Nutella. It has become a way for people to discover what Nutella is for the first time and just use the day for an excuse to eat all things Nutella. If you type “World Nutella Day” into any social media network, you will get a huge list of recipes to well wishes. So why not try our simple Nutella Recipe which we were found here. So go and spread the word about World Nutella Day, it’s not too late to find a few recipes and share your creations.

Waffle Day 25^th March

Waffles can be found in many places, and it many different varieties. So let’s talk about the start of Waffle Day. It began in Sweden and is known to be called “Our Lady’s Day” which is made to celebrate the start of spring. You can style your Waffles in many different ways. Why not just get a hand of mixed berries, and squirt some cream on top, or go for the savoury option of stuffed pizza waffles. Deep Dish Pizza Day 5^th April

Pizza in general is just heaven sent, it is cheeky and just a great treat. The origins of the deep dish pizza also known as Chicago-style pizza come from Chicago in 1943. The key is to the way it is cooked, rather then in a flat pan it is cooked in a high rise pan. Making it better for overloading on tomato sauce and of course the cheese. It is great because you can stuff it with whatever your hearts desires, that is the magic of deep dish pizzas. We want to show off some amazing recipes we found online for deep dish pizzas. Doughnut Day 3^rd June

The final amazing day of the year, which is also heavily celebrated online especially on Tumblr. So in America you lucky guys can actually get free Doughnuts on the day, from Krispy Kreme or Dunkin’ Doughnuts and many other places. Don’t fret people in the UK, why not just find yourself a great doughnut recipe online and make some awesome ones. Plenty to choose from but here are our Top 3 ones.
